Observing Daily Tasks: Stephen is here to observe and learn from your daily routines and interactions. This involves him being present on the job site, taking notes, and possibly making video or audio recordings.
Purpose of Study: The goal is to better understand the types of skills that are most valuable in offsite construction, and to explore how these skills are learned and mastered in a dynamic work environment.
Ensuring Your Privacy
If you are not participating in the study, Stephen will make every effort to ensure that you are not included in any video or audio recordings. However, due to the nature of the workplace, complete avoidance of non-participants might not always be possible. Please rest assured that Stephen is committed to respecting your privacy and minimizing any disruptions to your work.
