Founded in 2009, Pinnacle Realty has shown consistent growth year-over-year, earning a coveted spot in the annual list of the top 25 NYC investment sales firms for the past three years. In 2013, Pinnacle Realty achieved a 13% increase in sales over the previous year with $173 million in total transactions. In 2014, that number climbed another 59% to $275 million.
In an effort to stay at the forefront of commercial real estate firms, Pinnacle Realty commissioned me to overhaul their sales and marketing materials, both online and off. To achieve these goals, I carefully reviewed the firm's current efforts along with the local and national competition and trends within the industry.
A comprehensive marketing plan including a full redesign of the website, a new design of printed sales circulars, updates to the company and partner biographies, and initiatives to leverage social media to engage with new clients and promote exclusive listings was presented and approved.
In the three months since the website re-launched, web traffic increased to 300% of pre-launch view rates and continues to grow. The printed materials were well-received by partners, sellers, and buyers, as the sales circulars offer a concise snapshot of the features of the listings along with the specs needed to facilitate informed decisions about the properties.
As the anniversary of their five-year partnership approaches, I continue to work closely with Pinnacle Realty as they remain committed to changing the landscape of the outer boroughs.
